Q: I paid for an account, but it's still not active.
A: Currently, we reserve one business day to process new accounts. Most accounts will be created within minutes of being purchased.

Q: Will I be billed again next year?
A: No. If you want the account, you will have to buy it again.

Q: Will I be warned before the account expires?
A: Yes. We'll send you a reminder one or two weeks prior to the account's termination. Just renew the account if you want it, or let the time run out if you don't.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Yes, we offer a 75% refund if requested within fourteen days. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
